Minutes
- President Jim Franklin called the meeting to order at 10:30am following a 30 minute neighborhood mixer.
- Palm Springs Police Lt. John Booth gave an update on the PSPD. They are returning to the more effective
'Beat' system rather than the 'hot spot' system they have used for the past few years. This gives each
neighborhood the opportunity to work more closely with the officers in their beat and vice versa. RHPNO is
Beat 2.
We have been assigned two officers for our neighborhood. They are:
Officer Guarino frank.guarino@palmsprings-ca.gov
Officer Lane barron.lane@palmsprings-ca.gov
